the year 2000 and we are still not dead

Christians
The not yet dead,
Already dead,
Like the day Adam sinned.

But we must another day another year,
Still arrange our lives.

Still we are not in control:
Saying we will die soon,
Does not guarantee
That death will not be postponed.
